All prices include VAT @ 15% where applicable.
Your order will usually be dispatched within 3 working days of receipt.
All goods are delivered by Royal Mail.
Please note pictures are a guide to the product. In some cases wigs have been professionally styled and as a rule you need to take this into account. Costumes can be longer or shorter than shown in the photograph. If in any doubt and you need it to be 'just so' please check the description or email us so we can inspect the costume.
Returns / Refund Policy
Costumes must be in original packaging. The item(s) returned will be checked by a member of staff. The item(s) must be in an unworn condition and without damage for re-sale. You must contact us and return the item(s) within 7 days at your own cost. If a return is a faulty item or picking error then the return will be free of charge. If a return is because the item does not fit and a different size is required a £5 handling charge will be applied as well as the cost to post the item back. No original postage costs will be refunded. We will not accept returns if the item is tainted by cigarettes or cigars.
The following items are exempt from our returns policy: wigs, stockings, tights, underwear, hats, eyelashes, haircolour, bodyspray, facepaints and sunglasses.
Please email us before returning any item. Returns must be sent 1st class recorded and tracking information should be supplied by email to us.
